BONTANG— Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kota Bontang melarang keras praktik jual beli seragam oleh sekolah. Larangan ini ditegaskan lewat Surat Edaran Nomor 100.3.4/392/DISDIKBUD/2025 yang diteken Plt Kepala Disdikbud, Saparudin.
Kebijakan ini dirilis menjelang tahun ajaran baru 2025/2026. “Seragam tidak boleh dijual oleh pihak sekolah. Biar orang tua beli sendiri di luar. Pemerintah juga akan memberi bantuan seragam,” ujar Saparudin.
Tujuan utama aturan ini adalah menciptakan proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang transparan dan adil. Disdikbud tak ingin orang tua siswa terbebani biaya tambahan di awal sekolah.
“Bantuan seragam dari pemerintah akan dibagikan. Jadi tak perlu beli di sekolah,” tambahnya.
Selain larangan jual seragam, Disdikbud juga mengingatkan sekolah agar tidak memaksa siswa memakai seragam nasional saat Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS).
Putih-merah untuk SD dan putih-biru untuk SMP boleh digunakan setelah bantuan pemerintah dibagikan.
Disdikbud juga menegaskan agar sekolah tidak menarik biaya tambahan yang tidak sesuai aturan. Semua pungutan di luar ketentuan dianggap pelanggaran.
Aturan ini merujuk pada: Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 17 Tahun 2010 dan Permendikbud Nomor 50 Tahun 2022.
“Kami ingin sekolah jadi tempat yang ramah, bukan membebani. Jika melanggar, akan kami beri sanksi,” tegas Saparudin.
